Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateNext Labs as an industry pioneer
- Collaborate with R&D teams to evaluate and prototype breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to access innovation pipelines
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory changes affecting future adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing successful strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills for executive audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSTM) highly valued
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
