- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate objectives and industry disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize technology investments
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify emerging threats and strategic opportunities
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs to access cutting-edge developments
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two disruptive technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to forecast market trends and technological convergence points
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons and multi-year implementation plans
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism (articles, patents, or conference presentations)
