Responsibilities

- Develop ethical governance frameworks for human-AI symbiotic ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation labs focusing on carbon-negative innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record in deploying next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar journals on emerging tech applications
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, emerging standards)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting models
- Strong network with academic institutions (MIT Media Lab, Stanford AI Lab, etc.)
