- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage innovation pilots and proof-of-concept projects for emerging solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into development pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) preferred
