Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions and innovation frameworks
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into scalable business models
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends and translating them into business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Strong stakeholder management abilities across technical and executive domains
- Published thought leadership on future technology implications (blogs, whitepapers)
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
