- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready digital transformation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products (3+ successful exits)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
