Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead high-stakes innovation projects spanning quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable commercial offerings
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry leaders
- Present foresight analyses to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI governance, or sustainable tech frameworks
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year development cycles
- Certifications in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS) or technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects with measurable impact
