Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions including autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects with 18-month horizons
- Author thought leadership publications in IEEE and Nature journals
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Innovators Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems to production environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills with cloud architecture experience
- Certified in AWS/GCP with enterprise-level deployment experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed innovations
