Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical vision to business impact
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
