Responsibilities

- Oversee technology architecture modernization to support scalable, secure, and future-proof systems
- Drive innovation through hackathons, prototyping, and strategic partnerships with tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI analyses to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof development practices and ethical technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or senior technical leadership with proven experience in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong background in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance for future technologies
