Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market evolution and societal shifts
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies in AI, quantum, neurotech, and climate tech
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs worldwide
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and investors
- Design governance frameworks for ethical deployment of exponential technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record in developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and board level
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
