- Analyze global tech disruption patterns and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies for R&D collaboration
- Create predictive models for technology adoption curves and market readiness assessments
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech initiatives from concept to market
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, TFI) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic tech implementations and thought leadership
