Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping and pilot implementation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-year projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market research into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, PDMA) preferred
