Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum applications, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to translate future tech concepts into viable commercial offerings
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and venture partners
- Present strategic technology insights to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes through continuous research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or research initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technology scenarios
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across global locations
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
