Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a 3-5 year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor technology portfolios to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology domains
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology innovation initiatives
