Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and technology impact assessments across global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI tracking for future technologies
- Partner with venture teams to identify and evaluate strategic acquisition targets
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Author annual Future Tech reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, biotech convergence, climate tech, or generative AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption curve modeling
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, APAC)
