Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technology adoption and ROI
- Partner with product teams to ensure future-readiness of core platforms
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps (2025-2030)
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight
