- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech innovations into company vision
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast tech trends
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
