- Define KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation initiatives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
