Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption trends
- Lead research initiatives in emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies into existing enterprise ecosystems
- Present strategic roadmaps and innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate breakthrough developments
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption and advise on risk mitigation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and anticipatory innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy with proven success in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Track record of securing $50M+ in innovation funding or R&D investments
