- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab with 10+ engineers
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic stakeholder presentations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech products
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Deep understanding of Web3, IoT, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published research in IEEE/ACM or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and academic institutions
