- Manage innovation portfolio including pilot programs and POC initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or IoT
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CIMP) preferred
