- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology innovation ROI and market readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technology roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to enterprise-wide implementation
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
