- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets across 5+ parallel R&D initiatives
- Drive patent strategy targeting 50+ novel technology applications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $1B+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of policy/regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
