- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption and scaling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
