Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, aligning emerging innovations with business growth objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) with transformative potential
- Develop frameworks for assessing technology ROI and ethical implications across global markets
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and strategic technology partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (Web3.0, AR/VR ecosystems, autonomous systems)
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or spatial computing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder influence capabilities
