- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum AI and biotech convergence projects
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats/opportunities in decentralized tech
- Architect pilot programs for neural interface and ambient computing adoption
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech ROI scenarios
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous KPI tracking
- Build partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in futures methodology (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of Web3, AR/VR, and climate tech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with patent development and IP monetization
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Innovation Management
