Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS or hardware products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI ethics, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
