Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Drive organizational adoption of futuristic work methodologies and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders
