- Lead global innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in augmented reality and biometric interfaces
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 companies and academic institutions to accelerate R&D cycles
- Mentor junior strategists and build a high-performance innovation culture through knowledge-sharing frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in Fortune 500 leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products generating $50M+ annual revenue
- Expertise in future-casting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis, technology horizon scanning)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on disruptive technology adoption curves
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and data visualization tools
- Security clearance eligibility or background in defense/aerospace tech development
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology transitions in regulated industries
