Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with business growth objectives
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web4.0)
- Architect scalable infrastructure for next-gen digital transformation
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech leaders
- Present executive briefings on tech portfolio optimization and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record executing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management preferred
