Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps focusing on 2026+ market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and regulatory impacts
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutes
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
