Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech adoption (quantum, bio-AI, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into core offerings
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation velocity
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching futuristic tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
