- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with ROI projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and sustainable technology adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends and their societal impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies (e.g., quantum computing, generative AI)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., INSEAD, Stanford d.school)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
