Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish innovation partnerships with academia, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across enterprise operations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technology products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and managing P&L for tech initiatives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
