Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT) and their disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech solutions into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen systems and user experiences
- Author white papers and thought leadership on technology evolution and ethical implications
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives across global enterprises
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Forbes, or equivalent industry journals
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Experience with agile/DevOps methodologies for future-tech integration
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and research institutions
