Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using agile methodologies
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and innovation plans to executive stakeholders
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior talent in future-tech methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing architectures, or sustainable tech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology impact (patents, publications, or case studies)
