Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop and maintain a 5-year innovation roadmap aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions for client challenges
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging technology investments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience working in agile or startup environments
- Portfolio demonstrating past futuristic technology implementations
