Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with long-term vision
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints and proof-of-concept projects
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in future trends analysis and scenario planning
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
