- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research into emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic innovations into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technological adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, industry conferences, and patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Portfolio of successful tech transformation initiatives required
