Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and quantum hardware startups
- Develop patentable frameworks for autonomous systems operating under dynamic regulatory environments
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify emerging threats and opportunities in Web4.0 infrastructure
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners securing $50M+ in R&D funding
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in at least two emerging domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies from top-tier institution
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on scalable quantum machine learning architectures
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for advanced technology development
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems across 15+ jurisdictions
- Portfolio demonstrating transformation of theoretical concepts into billion-dollar commercial products
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
