Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-backed impact projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation maturity tracking
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 enterprise-scale tech transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, CFI)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy)
- PhD or advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field
