Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for future technologies
- Develop implementation frameworks for next-gen systems (IoT 4.0, AR/VR, decentralized networks)
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Oversee prototyping of futuristic solutions in our innovation labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
