Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and risks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into enterprise strategy
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies including neural interfaces and decentralized AI
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior researchers in future-tech methodologies and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or generative AI
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong understanding of ethical implications of advanced autonomous systems
