- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and carbon-neutral tech ecosystems
- Identify emerging technology trends and competitive landscapes through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex innovations into actionable business cases
- Manage a $15M innovation budget and oversee vendor relationships with quantum hardware providers
- Mentor a team of 12+ technologists and researchers through rapid prototyping cycles
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and IEEE summits to establish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in AI, quantum, or sustainable tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (US/EU/Asia)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, or Rust) and quantum computing frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
