Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies with market impact analysis
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Partner with investors to identify strategic acquisition targets and partnerships
- Present technology foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or venture capital
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging hardware trends
- Proven track record of launching next-gen tech products or ventures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and market analysis capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on tech disruption
