Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures across multiple sectors
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, carbon capture tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, IEEE standards)
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
