Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for next-gen product development
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and investors
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with research institutions and startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Champion a culture of continuous technological evolution within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech disruptions and market transitions
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Experience developing innovation pipelines and scaling pilot projects
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio of successfully implemented future-focused technology initiatives
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, FTI) preferred
