- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and board members

- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product development, or research leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
