Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of ethical AI and sustainable tech practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption and future-proofing organizations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
